By using MyJokeMaker.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms.

The service. MyJokeMaker provides an AI-powered tool that transforms user-submitted text into jokes ("Generated Jokes"). The service is provided free of charge and supported by advertising.

Your content and your rights. You retain any rights you hold in the text you submit. To the extent we hold any rights in Generated Jokes, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose, personal or commercial, with or without attribution. AI-generated text may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions, and similar outputs may be generated for other users.

Acceptable use. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes the rights of others; not to use the Site to generate content impersonating real individuals; and not to access the service through automated means, scrape the Site, or attempt to overload or interfere with its operation.

AI-generated content. Generated Jokes are produced by an automated system and may occasionally resemble existing material or produce imperfect results. You are responsible for how you use them.

No warranty. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that outputs will meet your expectations — or that every joke will land.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyJokeMaker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

Changes and termination. We may modify or discontinue the Site, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
